Kathryn Burnett, PsyD. is a licensed clinical psychologist. She treats a range of anxiety and related disorders including: generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, specific phobias, and obsessive compulsive disorder. She is well-versed in treating depressive disorders as well posttraumatic stress disorder. She has a subspecialty in neuropsychology and is experienced in the assessment of a range of co-occurring concerns. Dr. Burnett treats adolescents and adults.
Dr. Burnett's approach involves several Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatments including: Exposure-based therapies (including Exposure and Response Prevention), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
Dr. Burnett completed her doctorate at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Washington D.C. She completed a pre-doctoral internship at WellSpan Philhaven CBT, an APA accredited CBT and Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) training program. Dr. Burnett has worked with a diverse range of patients in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, community mental health clinics, private practices, military treatment facilities, and community healthcare organizations.

She has worked in many settings within healthcare and brings a broad array of talents to the Burnett CBT team. As an educator and CBT therapist, Dr. Cojocaru is skilled in psychoeducation, along with an array of other CBT techniques, like Behavioral Activation (BA), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Practices, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and others.
